Electroplating, Pickling, Phosphating industry

Water Treatment
DI water is used for rinsing purpose in electroplating process. Typically water requires certain conductivity and this can be achieved with conventional RO plants. For pickling and phosphating application filtered raw water is used.

Wastewater Treatment
Electroplating process produces effluents with very high acidic and alkaline nature containing high TDS, heavy metals like Iron, Chrome, Nickel, Cyanide etc. Heavy metal removal is achieved with lime or caustic dosage producing respective metal hydroxides and precipitated as sludge. The dilution method is used to take care of High TDS before discharging effluent. In case of water scarcity multiple RO systems are used to recover water and an evaporator to burn final reject.
